Banned from my own server

Hey all,

I recently got false reported and my main account got disabled. I did nothing wrong but someone thought I did. But, I got banned from my OWN server somehow. So we all made a new revamp so I could be back in the team. Then when I tried to join with my alt, so I wouldn't be lost again if I got banned from my own server, but on this one, it says I am banned on my alt too! I don't understand. I feel like the person that reported me, got into my server and wherever they are, I can't join. 🎃 run! 🎃#7710

    Server bans are IP based, so when you got banned from your server somehow, your IP address is also banned which means your entire network is banned from the server so you can't join on your alt account. However if you get banned from Discord itself your IP address is not banned from all of Discord though

    You can go here and then select "Appeal an action Trust and Safety took on my account" to appeal for your false ban

    i found a solution
    basically a weird glitch or bug happens when you leave a server you made
    it automatically bans you without putting you on the bans list but your still banned

    so what you need to do is , you need to get someone who can access bans and tell them to click revoke all bans because since the server counts you as banned its gonna remove the ban. so yeah

    just revoke all bans and your back in
