Manage Role by Category

Hello Hello, 

So basically currently, if a role has the permission "Manage Roles" but has a higher rank than that role, it can add any role below their highest rank.  I have 2 suggestions for this.  One idea I had is that there be role categories for mange roles.  If you use your discord for more than one thing such as if you have a gaming community.  For example if you had CS:GO and Siege.  If the CS:GO role is higher than the Rainbow six siege role they will be able to manage roles for both CS:GO and Siege.  Another idea I had is that you can restrict what roles that role can manage.
