idea/improved an feature of the administrator setting

ok here it goes. so you know how admins can bypass everything? what if you wanted to not bypass one thing like a rules channel or some other thing that only you could touch. you could set it to that admin cant edit it and they can do everything else but that. if that makes sense. thanks for reading this, uh ok cool
