IP Kicks!!

Since discord bans are already IP based, would it be possible to also make IP kicks a thing? Many people get alt-accounts into a discord before getting banned on their main account and its very hard to find these alts once the main account is gone. They can use this for harassement and indirect spying, which is very annoying.

If it would be possible to IP kick someone, wouldn't the alt account get kicked too?

    This kinda doesn't make sense, it's just like IP bans, when you're banned you can't access the server, and with this idea it just comes with what the ip ban was made for, not to access the server after you're banned. And with the alt thing I would agree on but owners could use this to their advantage if they collect their ip, but realistically I don't think we would have access to it, but also if they make another account to start fresh and you blacklist them in servers they would just keep getting kicked and maybe couldn't join any servers and it's hard and they would just quit discord and I don't think that would be fun on their point like you know, their a company so ya!

    You have a severely lacking understanding of the platform.

    IP Bans ban the account & blacklist the IP so that accounts made on that IP won't be able to join in the future. Accounts on that IP already within the server are *not* banned. The same would happen with the "IP Kick" which is just the stupidest idea I've ever heard.
