Disable sound when connecting/disconnecting to voice channel (Server Wide)

Hi!

We are using discord to host workshops/talk where a large group of people may enter/exit the channel at any time. We know there is a setting to disable the connect/disconnect sound of a voice channel but as there are many participants it would be much simpler for everyone if we could just disable this on a specific channel ou even server wide.
