New search option

Add a new search option where we will be able to search people by their role.

    +1 to this, one of the servers I am on has a "chat revival ping" role, and it is annoying having to look through 20 notifications and not being able to jump to whatever roles were paged, or @here or @everyone 

    Really the only thing that needs to be changed is adding role to the existing mentions: <user>'s functionality and allow it to accept a role or a user as a parameter.
