a uniform emoji list grid size across all platforms

to explain better, on my iPhone I have 8 emojis per row in my emoji menu. on my MacBook I have 9, on my pc I have 10, and my android I have 7. lets say they were uniformly set to 8, that way server owners could offer a very clean, even list of emojis as long as they're all named to appear in that alphabetical order.
