Discord False Ban

I am a user of two years. I've been on this platform, and was in a server, recently formed, for a ROBLOX Group. Said discord was mass reported, and my account was BANNED, without warning. This was 11/17/2020. I keep getting sent clyde messages saying the appeal has been ignored, and I would like to talk to a human in discord moderation. The massive false ban affects multiple people who have never been reported for TOS violations, until NOW. Please, someone send a discord moderator to this chat, so I can get help. Thank you.

    Im also a long time user. My account got disabled yesterday, i've never broke any ToS before, and boom. At 5:46 i got e-mailed that my account got disabled for behaviours such as:

    • Sending a large number of direct messages in a short span of time
    • Participating in a server dedicated to spamming Discord
    • Automating your user account or self-botting
    • Taking other actions on Discord — for example, joining a ton of servers — faster than humanly possible
    • Attempting potentially fraudulent activity

    It's also Clyde who messaged me. I didn't get any warning before. I even tried to appeal, but i got response that it wasn't a false ban and they won't reinstant my account. I feel you man, I lost a lot of important discord friends to me, beacuse of that ban, and also a couple of servers i was really active in.

    EDIT: Forgot to mention, i didn't do any of these mentioned behaviours.
