Keybinds Reset After Logging Out

My keybinds reset everytime I log out.  It is very annoying to have to replace all of my keybinds and notification settings everytime I relog.  It seems like it has been a problem for a while.  Why?  Can you fix it please, Discord?  I know I'm not alone here.
