Feature Request: Announcement Channel Role Settings

Pls make a new permission settings option for the members that could still discuss and chat in announcement channel but they can't publish their chats, so only admin/ the people that have been given the permission could publish that.

    +1 for the possibity to have a channel where unauthorized roles only can see their own messages (and those of the authorized)
    Messages don't need to be publishable for me
