Lost 2FA and password, but have acces of the phone number

Hi, I have a problem with my account and I need some support from you. Maybe it's an unique problem or just a common one, but I lost my 2FA backup codes and the password of the account.

The important thing is that I am still logged in the discord browser application and I still have acces to the phone number set on SMS Backup auth. I see that the SMS Backup Authentication can be used as a backup 2FA method if I lost my auth app or backup codes. Is there any chance I can get my account recovery through SMS, because it really says this here.

Also, why when I recover my password I need 2FA codes to change it, if I have email acces to it. It would be simplier for me to just change the password, then put the password in the discord app where I'm logged in and view the backup codes with the password I just renewed. I need some important and serios help with this problem, thank you all for reading.

    I lost my verification code and now I no longer have access to my account, I also wish there was a way to recover it by SMS
