Use email verifying instead of phone numbers

I can't verify my phone number because discord thinks that it's invalid. And not everyone has a phone and email is way more reliable.

  I use a number it says is not valid and a old number is stuck to it and i cant get rid of it. This is flawed and they need to change it. I would rather my email as a option.

  Exactly, this is no coincidence.
