    1: No, your other servers should remain unaffected by enabling community on one server. However, you would lose access to your account (and therefore also to your community server) if you break ToS on a non-community server and discord finds it.
    2: I believe you will be contacted by discord if you break the guidelines, depending on how severe the infraction was (or can attempt to contact them for an appeal), but the best practice is to ensure you don't break ToS at all times.
