Account disabled suddenly and with no reason

On the day before Thanksgiving (the 25th), I received an email from Discord sometime during the middle of the day which stated that my account had been disabled for some sort of “spamming,” however except for a brief few minutes that morning, I was offline practically the whole day. Originally, I thought my account had been hacked into, but there was no indication of my password and/or email, or anything else, being altered. Basically, I was banned at random while having been offline. I’ve already emailed and asked for support, but both responses i’ve gotten (one automated, one from an actual person) have been basic recycled messages. Nobody has helped support me. I have no idea why my account was disabled. I do want it back, though — not only have I spent years with that account, I’ve also spent hundreds of dollars through nitro and other means, and have racked up quite a mass of friends and my own servers. It’s too big of an account for me to let go to waste. I’m begging, please help me. I have no idea why this happened.
