Ability to move "Book Tick" to a different channel

This looks like it's a new feature to discord. The "book tick" looking emoji before a channel.

 

Discord should make the "book tick emoji" able to be moved to a different channel. Right now, my book tick is a completely random channel.

    I think this is a new feature that Discord has added. Looks like the "book tick emoji" may now be moved to another channel. The book tick needs to be able to move so you velvetjobs nyc can follow one person instead of randomly bookmarking channels.
