Invalid Phone Number

Hey, my phone number for discord has been stated as invalid although I have no other accounts that are using my phone number or have used my phone with this account before and I can't join any servers that require phone verification, I am sure that the issue is not a type error so something server side maybe? Edit: My tag is #0069
