My account was banned because i did "spamming" and i did not and i already texted Discord support t

I already contacted with Discord support at least 4 TIMES and it's pissing me off because i've never violated Discord terms and well, i get my account deactivated out of nowhere and they're saying they are not reinstating back my account because i violated the terms, and for spamming i checked reasons that i could be banning, being part of a spamming server? no, joining a lot of servers real fast, no, sending a lot of messages in a short period of time, no, FRADULENT ACTIONS? NO!!! This happened when i joined my band's Discord Server and then it kicks me out of my account and i had a meeting and well yeah, my account deactivated and i even text them the hour and date when i joined the server to see if that was the reason, BUT i didn't got my account back and it feels bad because i had a lot of information and on my new account i can't do nothing, like putting the number or syncing my Xbox Account, imma put some pics of what i texted to Discord and what i send, idk if anyone could help me, thanks.
