Admin - allow the admins to stop a stream

On voice and admin can currently server mute and server deafen for any user. However they do not have the ability to stop if someone is streaming.

    you can give the admins the permission to "Move Members". That way the admins can kick the user out the Voice Channel, ending the stream.

    That’s not common knowledge and some discord servers only have one voice

    "Move Members" also gives the ability to Disconnect users as well without moving them.
