"View Channel's Title" option to be available for "Text Permissions"

EDIT: So the "View Channel" option has actually been added in the recent update but it's not what I wanted so I'm going to rephrase my suggestion.

There has been demand from the server owners I help with administration to make private (exclusive) channels visible for users without letting them see what's actually inside of the channels.

Currently if we turn off the "Read Messages" option it will also completely hide the channel from the members.
(turning off "Read Message History" isn't good either as that only gets rid of messages after you have refreshed the page or relaunch the app etc.)

We want at least the private channel's name or title to remain visible for people so they can see what are they missing out on and urge users to do tasks so they can eventually obtain access to these channels.

    Read message history exists. Disable it and there you go.

    Read message history does not hide every message from the channel. As soon as someone starts writing in the channel it's still available for everyone to see. When users refresh the page only then the history of the messages will disappear hence the name "message history"
