Discord banner, splash invite, discovery banner with a url

Today I propose a small feature that may or may not have been requested.

It’s about being able to add a banner, splash invite, discovery banner via a URL, this will allow you to add banner gifs for example without loading the cdn.discordapp.com that can be activated with level 1 in boost for the splash invite, icon.
