Server-side version of "Allow [or Deny] direct messages from server members"

ISSUE

As it stands today, if you join a server and have the setting "Allow direct messages from server members" enabled, you can be messaged by tons of bots and scams. While the server admin could increase the moderation level to the highest setting, this isn't the best solution there could be. 

SOLUTION 

There should be a server-side version of this setting, which enables the server admin to choose which role can direct message users on the server.
