Role Descriptions/Tooltips

I like having more flavorful role names.  Unfortunately, sometimes a cool name leads to confusion on what the role is actually for.  So usually you're stuck choosing between an ultra-clear but boring name, vs an interesting title that needs some clarification.

I think it would be super nice to have a description field associated with Roles that would function like tooltips or somesuch. The details of what a role was for could be in the tooltip/description.  This would let you have your flavorful role names while still having clarity when a user is curious what a specific role is.
