BANNED ACCOUNT

I have my account for over 3 years and I never had any problems with it. Today I was suddenly disconnected, and when I tried to login again, the message appeared that my account was disabled and that a message was sent to my email, but that message does not arrive. What do I do to get my account back? Sorry for English, it is not my main language.
