Ban message removal default

I suggest that the Ban Message removal is swapped from the default Previous 24 hours to Don't Delete Any.

It could also be set as a mandatory stop of action until from a selection menu one is marked in order to proceed with the ban (from the already available alternatives).

I sometimes as it happened recently need to ban someone quickly and forget this annoying last 24 hours set up. Therefore losing evidence or valuable information.
