Add Official Support for Emoji's (Stock & Custom) in Channel Names

Using discord on PC, I am able to access the emoji picker when defining a channel name. Sometimes the emoji I pick appears in the channel name and sometimes a Unicode symbol is placed instead. According to Discord support:

"I understand your concern about the emojis in your channels' names.

We do not support emojis in channel names officially, and some emojis might display their Unicode counterparts (the uncolored versions)."

Discord should add official support for emoji's (stock and custom) in channel names since so many people are doing it already; it's clearly a feature users want.
