Maintain per-user permissions after leaving and re-joining a server

If you have per-user permissions, they will get deleted if that user leaves and re-joins the server. it ruined a surprise that my friends were planning because we had a channel that one person couldn’t see, and then he left and rejoined and was able to see the channel.

  experience levels are erased too?
