Let us manage user notes

Ever since the limit was implemented for how many users you could write notes for, it's been problematic for those of us which used to use them to keep track of users on large servers. It is now an impossible task to track down every user I've ever written a note for in order to delete unneeded notes and get under the note limit so that I can create new notes for new users. Please either remove this limit which was implemented, or give us some sort of option to manage all existing friend/user notes. I want to be able to create new ones again!!
