Being disabled and banned

I was banned an my main account for something that I don’t do and discord keeps sending the same copy paste email telling me that they’re still going to ban me. They said they reviewed my profile which clearly they didn’t since I never did the thing they said they banned me for. I can’t even get a human response to plea my case, and the only way to contact them is through email. There wasn’t a warning or anything to let me know prior to being banned. They don’t even want to send me an email about my nitro subscription, why?

    Same.  Found myself "disabled" when I got home and was told to check my email to find out why.


    Only, there was no email sent.  

    So now I'm on a new account trying to sort it out with no luck.
