Better Channel Sync Option

for the time being syncing permissions for channels in a category is a pain in the a**, so wouldn't making a tab to sync channels is a better idea? maybe something like that: (Picture made using Photoshop)
 what do you guys think?

  sorry the font looks weird couldn't find discord's font XD

  and i forgot to add a `Sync All` button big rip
