resetting my account email adress

since there was a problem today with multiple accounts falsely got disabled, and now re-enabled,

it opened a 2nd problem for me,

since my account was one of the accounts that got banned and now re-enabled,

i need to change my password, and my old email adress is not accessable for me anymore, so i cant do that 

is there a way to speed up the process beside sending a support ticket? (i did that already with pass copy for verification purposes)

i know i should have changed the email adress long ago, but tbf i didnt even knew that it was on that email adress.
