How long does Discord Support usually take to reply?

It's been approximately 5 days since i sent in a ticket to update my my Age after i had put in the wrong one accidentally while i was sleep deprived :-) Anyway, i've sent an email with my face+id+tag in one picture and i have yet to get a response back. If it wasn't for the fact that i have over a year of nitro (birthday gift) on that account, and many friends that i do NOT wanna lose contact with, since i don't have them anywhere else, i would have just made a new one and dealt with it that way. I've heard that support is awful at responding, but i do have hope.. i still have until 14th of march until my account gets deleted so i'm kind of hopeful and if maybe i should send in another ticket and ask for a response?
