I keep receiving this email for the past 3 days I haven't received any information on my account at all

    Can relate, usually they're for a week long.
    At least the first offense but shitcord decides to give you no help on the topic.
    And by writing a support email they just gave me a automated response,
    I lost many friends that way, so much for supporting making friendships,

    But like does it say "temporarily" when your account is suspended or just disabled.

    Hi support, my name is Marko and im a very active daily DISCORD user. I`m reaching out to you because of my suspended account.

    REASON: •Sending a large number of direct messages in a short span of time

    Yes that is correct. I didn`t spam servers, did not used self-botting, did not joined a ton of servers for no reason, did not attempt fraudulent activity.
    Reason why i send to much messages is for a contest for me and my son to win an NFT on twitter, most of messages was sent to my discord friends and community members, it was
    a little to much i know, but I also chat with most of them for other reasons (NOT SPAM).

    I`m a high level member on many NFT servers on Solana, ETH and Terra ecosystem and in some of them i play a great role including:
    Styllar, Rogue Sharks, Surging Bulls, Terrapins, LunaBulls, Creatures, BadGrandma, UFO, etc...

    Im also doing server boosting for my favorite ones.

    And have verified and connected Steam, Twitch, Twitter and Youtube accounts with Discord.

    So very active user that is supporting various discord communities, please consider this massage and enable my account because im giving
    back to the community and sending dm-s vas a one time mistake. Sorry for that of course.

    My account of like 5 or 6 years got suspended because I made a stupid joke where I said I was younger than I actually was (being sarcastic and I even put “not actually” on the message) and now I can't appeal it because either bot responses or support just won't hear me out. I forgot the email password I had the account linked too which pretty much worsened the situation (I have concrete proof of owning the account) and support still won't hear me out.
