2FA to phone instead of 3rd party app

Per title, I want 2FA to send codes to my phone instead of going through some 3rd party app which DOES NOT WORK for me. EVERY other thing I use with 2FA sends codes to my phone and works GREAT. Never had a single problem with any other app, but discord wants some stupid 3rd party 2FA. Just send the codes to my phone!
