Custom image and username in different servers

I use Discord in gaming communities.  There, I want to have a gamer-related profile picture, and I want my name to be my gamertag.  I also have started using Discord with people I know in real life.  With these people, I want to use my real face as my profile picture, and I want to use my name rather than my gamertag.

Discord allows using a per-server nickname, but if someone in that server direct messages you or looks at your profile, they can see your actual username. 

Right now, in order to get these features, I need to have two Discord accounts, which isn't supported very well.  Vs on Slack, you can customize everything on a per-server basis.
