Additional Role Settings or other Solutions

Currently, manage channels, roles, and emojis allows the user the ability to create, edit, and delete them. It would be nice if these settings were separated, so that people can be given permission to add content but not delete entire channels full of old messages or change lower roles to have power equal to them. Or, as an alternative, perhaps something that prompts people with specific roles prior to something's deletion or change.
