Phone verification lockout should NOT EXIST.

I don't know who's idea it was.
But some of us cant afford 30 dollars a month for a phone plan,
Stop being mean to us poor fellows. Who barely get enough to make rent and food.
Its really damn annoying being locked out of your account where you socialize with distant friends.

    I support this. Not everyone has a phone.

    You can request Server Administrator to verify you manually (simply add you a role).

    The Phone Verification Level is intended for servers that are often raided or other security reasons
