In-app "Report" button.

If a user breaks the Terms of Service, you have to open a browser window. It would way more user-friendly if you can just go to the user's profile and click a button that says "Report"

    Yes, please add a Report button next to the Block button. I get a lot of spam DMs and want to report them quickly without going to the web form.
