Feature Request - System of insignia inside the server

Hi! I've been thinking about ways to reward or save an important event on my server for a while. I would like to make an event about anything on my server and when I finish it, give it to everyone who participated in something like a personalized badge. To mark that specific event or day.
Something that would appear above or below with the user's roles only on that server.
It would not be necessary to be a personalized image or something like that, it could be that it looks like the roles appear, but separate for a small highlight.
It would be great to promote events within that server and I believe it would be an incentive for members to participate!
Example, a user with a badge with their name, a short personalized description and the date they received it.

Name: Banana Day
Description: Badge received for participating in Banana Day. Long live the bananas !!
