Ability to view badges next to username in chat/sidebar

As stated in the title, I feel as if it would be a nice little addition if you were to be able to view someone's badges next to their username, rather than clicking on their profile.

This option would be toggleable through your settings, so for those who don't agree with this, would easily be able to simply switch it off.
