If a permission is turned off in the @everyone role, it should be turned off in every future role that is created
Think about this: If a permission is turned off in the @everyone role, that means most people probably don’t want anyone who isn’t an admin or above who probably have the admin permission turned on which means they bypass the permission I've turned off in the @everyone role. So why have it so people have to turn off the permission every single time they want to make a new role? So I propose that if permission is turned off in the @everyone role, that means every single role from that point on doesn't get that permission turned on because I’d rather forget to let admins ping everyone than forget to turn off the permission to ping everyone for the normal non-administrator roles.
