Add the ability for people to click on role mentions and see who holds the selected role

An addition that allows members with a certain permission or permissions to be able to select a role after it’s mentioned and allow them to see a list of people who have that role so server admins can find redundant roles without needing to look at every single member’s roles to figure out if it’s redundant or not.

    This can be done if server admins go in the member tab of settings. They can click a specific role there and see who has it.
