The same priority of access for different roles

When customizing the server, I would like to give different people different roles of different colors, with different rights but with the same access level (I mean that the role that is higher always has an access level higher than the role that is lower), so far I present a solution to this problem in three ways:
1) Adding an access level in the role properties (for example, from 1 to the number of roles)
2) the Ability to combine multiple roles in a group with the same access level, but that they are displayed separately as before
3) If the user has several roles of different colors, you can choose which color will be displayed (now the color of the highest role is displayed)

    I absolutely agree, got the same problem. Need to manage a project server, where people have different roles with the same access level, but i cant say which color should be displayed for different users, because they have different statuses in the project.
