Transfer your old data of your old account to your new account

Like if you get ban from your account or you got locked out or anything related to that, you can just make another one and it will show you an option page if you want to transfer your old data of your old account to your new one so you won't lose anything that is important to you

    If you don’t get banned, this won’t be necessary. Also, if you do get banned, you are not supposed to just create a new account...
