so I randomly get kicked out of my discord account while being in a call.

It says I have to verify my phone number, so I try to

BUT THEN
"An existing discord accoutn is already using this phone number. Please remove it before it can be used with a new account."

but all my other accounts are banned, what am I supposed to do ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?

  i only own one account and it says my phone number is taken
