How to make people higher in the list of people but not display differently

I have been in discord servers where all the staff are displayed on the side as staff and not their individual roles such as Jr. moderator or Admin but the people with the Admin role are above the other roles but not displayed differently. How can I set this up in my server.

    Make the roles you don't want separate unchecked in their role settings for "display role members separately from online members", then check that same box for the role you want them all to have.

    For example:

    Admin
    Chat Mod
    Music Control

    But you want them all under: Moderators

    Uncheck the mentioned box above for the three sub roles and check the mentioned box for the main role.

    The main role won't affect any settings from the others, it will act just as a separator / title / color
