Request: Function that allows mods to only ping one certain role (excluding everyone and here)

I'm a Twitch streamer and I have a couple of mods and helper mods in my Discord server.

Unlike my mods, I don't want my helper mods to be able to ping @everyone and @here.

I simply want them ONLY to be able to ping @specificrole and not any other roles.

 

The reason for this is, I need them to be able to host lobbies for certain games but some of the helper mods might not have enough experience on Discord to be trusted with the ability to ping @everyone @here or other @roles that I haven't specified.

    Maybe combine yourself with someone else who posted and get 
    mentionable roles
    and @everyone to be considered separate
