Discord bug made me loss an important person

I had a very important person in Discord, but somehow I slepped and the next day, there was no messages nor contact nor anything! It made feel sad mostly becauae kt surely was a bug and that means i'm never talking tl her again :( So maybe Discord can help me with that? You can also help, I don't remember tag but name was Dj Pon-3 (Yes, like my little ponnie!)
