A bot like this already exist. Birthday Bot.

this seems like such a good idea! it could be similar to the crown badge/icon thats given to you when you first create a server, except its either the birthday of your account, or your set birthday that you enter into your account! if you want it to 'announce' your birthday being held, i suggest using a birthday bot for that. other than that, the icon idea sounds really cool!
