I'd like to speak to a human about reinstating my account

Hello, I've tried to email discord twice about reinstating my account, and both times i received the same auto generated reply from Clyde that says that they **have reviewed** my **violation** and won't reinstate my account... I've given detailed information that says otherwise. I'd like to take my appeal to a human.

    Been through there and done that. Discord is a joke. VERY long story short, I reported a pedophile, and they ended up locking my account. In order to find proof of this pedophile, he was specifically looking for 10 year olds.... So I said I was 10 in order to gather evidence of him being a pedo, and they locked my account for saying I was underage. I am now in another dilemma and I can't seem to get in contact with a real person, even if requested. I get what you're feeling, and I wish there was a way to fix it, but I'm giving you my hope that you can get in contact with a real person soon

    Yeah, discord as a platform is "ok," but when it comes to providing support for important topics like this, they're an embarrassment. My account was created at the start of 2017, and even if that doesn't seem that long ago, that's still almost 4 years of my life gone, all the friends I made, and all the communities that I am a part of. There are some aspects of running a company that should not be automated with bots, they are not human and can only do predefined tasks, like deny all ban appeals...

    From what I understand, if enough users report someone, there're auto banned without ever being reviewed by a human...?

    Yeah, I think that is the case for people that get reported a bunch. But I'm sure people like you and I have not done anything to be reported multiple times. I've lost over 3 years of conversations, friends, communities, servers, and just a bunch of important things to me on that account. Discord Support is terrible, and I wish there was a button that said to talk to a real person. It seems all we can do is just sit here and compare stories though, with no real help from anyone at Discord. I wish you luck brother.
