Delivered, Read, or seen messages

In Direct Messages it could show the message has been delivered, not delivered, or read (or seen if you like that) So it will be easier for people to see if the other person will respond

  Delivered is already shown with the message being grey or not. I feel like seen messages make discord much more generic and are annoying to a bunch of people.

  I don't like the idea of seen messages, but if we have to have them we have to be able to turn them off.
